Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application initiatives and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience of development of SuiteScripts 2.0 and Workflows to Enhance NetSuite. - Experience on NetSuite Integration((SOAP, RESLET, JSON, API Integration, Web services, Postman payload) with other applications. - Experience or Knowledge on Integration middleware. - Documentation of NetSuite customizations. Conducts unit testing of all development work performed. - Assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root causes and driving resolutions as needed. - Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteBundles. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless application connectivity. - Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform. - Location anywhere in India - A 15 years full time education is required.
