Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of software applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its users. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members to achieve project goals effectively. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are robust and scalable while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Grafana. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
