Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, guiding the development process, and addressing any challenges that arise. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, C# Programming Language, ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
