Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. - Ability to integrate data from various sources into Power BI for comprehensive analysis. - Familiarity with data modeling and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
