Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require you to maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: o Work on the design and build of Controlling and Finance processes in S/4HANA, including: o Master Data o Allocations o Timewriting o Integration with Plant Maintenance o Cross-company code transactions o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, Logistics) to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration. o Support FI/CO Customizing including GL, AR, AP, and controlling objects related to intercompany flows. o Document functional specifications, test cases, and training materials. Min 2-3 years of experience working on S4 Controlling solutions, Timewriting, HR mini master and integration with Plant Maintenance. Exposure to design and build of cost center and profit center reporting frameworks (hierarchies etc.,), good communication skills and ability to work with a global client team would be required. Knowledge of Project Systems will be preferred. SAP Skills Required - S4 Financials, S4 Controlling, FICO, Timewriting, Project Systems Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS), SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in application design and configuration. - Ability to analyze and optimize business processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
