Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP technical architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and solution scalability. - Possess in-depth, high-level knowledge of application integration across tools such as SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM, Azure DevOps (ADO), Tricentis, and Signavio/ARIS (among others), focusing on identifying automation opportunities to streamline development and enhance deliverables traceability processes. - Lead the creation of detailed and realistic implementation and deployment plans, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to quality standards. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Client, SAP, and other vendors), including business users, developers, testing teams, and infrastructure partners, to ensure seamless communication and execution. - Develop and maintain comprehensive low-level design documentation, supporting technical teams with clear solution blueprints and architecture diagrams. - Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, while defining and implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and deliverables. - Leverage knowledge of BP client systems and current-state processes to enhance solution alignment and provide value-added insights during tools integration planning and execution. - Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert). - Collaborate and manage the team to perform, ensuring alignment and productivity. - Responsible for team decisions, providing clear direction and support. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions that influence project success. - Provide solutions to problems both for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and growth. - Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of milestones, keeping track of deadlines and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles. - Experience with integration processes and data transformation techniques. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
