Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application design and development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely delivery of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark - Strong understanding of big data processing - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure - Hands-on experience in application architecture design - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Scala Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache Spark - This position is based at our Pune office - A mandatory 15 years of Fulltime qualification is required
