Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to achieve delivery excellence. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Excellence. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in application design and architecture. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Delivery Excellence. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
