Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across diverse teams. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management tools and software for tracking progress and reporting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
