Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to achieve project goals. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the final product aligns with organizational standards and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering. - Strong understanding of embedded systems design and architecture. - Experience with real-time operating systems and firmware development. - Familiarity with hardware-software integration and debugging techniques. - Knowledge of communication protocols and interfaces used in embedded systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
