Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals, addressing any challenges that arise, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also oversee the implementation of best practices in application development, ensuring that the team adheres to established standards and methodologies while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Azure resource deployment (especially AI resources) - Creation of pipelines (CI/CD) & infrastructure as code (setup of cloud infrastructure), ARM templates (Azure resource managers), & creation of monitoring dashboards - Smoke testing and documentation - Secure development in Azure & provide input for security profile - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in AI services & scaling of AI/ML workloads. - Knowledge in: SaaS, PaaS, APIs & Web services - Azure Resources (Azure Kubernetes, Containers Apps, GPUs, VM, Spot instances, workflow, automation, API Gateways, Service Bus & Event Hub) - Azure ARM template & Bicep (or terraform) - Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker - Message processing and caching mechanism: Event Hub, Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis - Proficiency in JSON, YAML. - Practical experience of using Git version control systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Experience in Customer facing projects. - Excellent team player with good lead capabilities. - Good decision making capabilities. - Good presentation and reporting skills - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience in scripting and automation to streamline processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
