Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and updates to diverse audiences. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
