Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask to support web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy robust backend services ensuring high performance and security. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while implementing API best practices and integrating third-party services. - Applied AI/ML techniques to build models that analyze data, make predictions, and improve over time - Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) for natural language processing solutions, ensuring robust model performance and effective integration into real world application - Develop and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous, multi-step task execution, leveraging advanced reasoning and problem-solving to address complex business challenges - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Manage and coordinate the activities of the application development team - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to application development - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives - Develop and maintain technical documentation - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK) - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A BE degree is required
