Summary: Proficient in design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications using Spring Batch framework. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Knowledge of Kafka and experience in implementing messaging solutions. Proficiency in microservices architecture and REST APIs. Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG. Experience with database technologies such as SQL MI, MongoDB, or similar. Proficient with Azure could platform (or similar) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Commitment to work in Shift B Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any roadblocks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
