Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, guiding the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the business needs effectively. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with strong communication skills, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in best practices and application development methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle. - Experience with integration of Salesforce Conga CPQ with other systems. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
