Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, facilitating discussions to gather insights, and guiding the development process to align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for overseeing project timelines and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports to support project objectives. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Skill Set: Core requirements: Experience with tech stacks: Java, React/Angular, Cloud, Big Data, API, microapps, UI/UX designs Analytical skills: gathering requirements and translate to system specifications, cost/benenfit evaluation, root cause analysis, data mapping/modelling Industry experience: Financial/Banking, Retail, Wealth, Securities Methodology: Agile, Hybrid, Scrum Comms Skills SME level - Verbal, Excecutive presentation, written, negotiations Nice to have: Testing tools- Postman and Selenium Certification - IIBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA
