Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Sr. Analyst - AWS Connect Developer to support the development, testing, and optimization of contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with contact flows, AWS services integration, and a keen ability to troubleshoot and enhance customer experience in cloud telephony. Project Role Description - Project Role Description: Operates independently on assigned modules, contributes to technical delivery, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports junior team members when needed. Responsible for maintaining quality and performance of assigned contact flows and integrations, with support from the team lead. Roles & Responsibilities: o Build, test, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows using Contact Flow Editor and Lambda. o Develop and update backend logic using AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python). o Integrate contact flows with Lex V2 bots, DynamoDB, S3, and third-party APIs. o Configure and test call recording, PCI redaction, whisper prompts, and queue hold features. o Troubleshoot and debug contact flow errors, latency issues, and Lambda timeouts. o Collaborate with QA, team leads, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sprints. o Create and maintain technical documentation for flows and backend integrations. o Monitor CloudWatch logs for real-time analysis and performance improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: o 4 years minimum hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda. o Proficiency in Node.js or Python development for Lambda functions. o Experience with Lex V2 bots, S3, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB. o Familiarity with REST APIs and contact flow logic. o Understanding of IAM roles, security policies, and contact center concepts. o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment. o Strong written and verbal communication. o Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow within the team. - Mandatory Skills - AWS contact center, Amazon Connect flows, AWS Lambda, Node Js/Python, Dynamo DB, Github. - Good To Have Skills - AWS Lambda and Lex bots, Amazon Connect, Cloud Watch Logs, SQS, Event Bridge, familiarity with Dev ops Tool, Kinesis Additional Information: - 4-6 years with Minimum 4 year(s) of experience is required - Educational Qalification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - A 15 years full time education is required.
