Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead - AWS Connect Developer to lead a team of developers responsible for building and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and its associated AWS services. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in AWS Connect and surrounding AWS ecosystem, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of call center flows, telephony integrations, and conversational AI (Lex, Lambda, Kendra, Bedrock). Project Role Description - Project Role Description: Leads a team of developers, owns delivery of technical modules, mentors' junior engineers, and collaborates across functions to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions Roles & Responsibilities: o Work on creating business cases for journey to cloud, cloud strategy, cloud contact center vendor assessment activities o Work on creating Cloud transformation approach for contact center transformations o Work along with Solution Architects for architecting cloud contact center technology with AWS platform o Work on enabling cloud contact center technology platforms for global clients specifically on Amazon connect o Work on innovative assets, proof of concept, sales demos for AWS cloud contact center o Support AWS offering leads in responding to RFIs and RFPs o Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role: o Good understanding of contact center technology landscape. o An understanding of AWS Cloud platform and services with Solution architect skills. o Deep expertise on AWS contact center relevant services. o Sound experience in developing Amazon Connect flows , AWS Lambda and Lex bots o Deep functional and technical understanding of APIs and related integration experience o Functional and technical understanding of building API-based integrations with Salesforce, Service Now and Bot platforms o Ability to understand customer challenges and requirements, ability to address these challenges/requirements in a differentiated manner. o Ability to help the team to implement the solution, sell, deliver cloud contact center solutions to clients. o Excellent communications skills o Ability to develop requirements based on leadership input o Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment o Ability to take new challenges and to be a passionate learner Professional & Technical Skills: o 5+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Lex V2. o Experience designing complex contact flows, voice bots, and third-party integrations. o Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js or Python for backend logic and Lambda authoring. o Strong knowledge of cloud-native patterns, IAM roles/policies, S3, and serverless architecture. o Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments with ownership of sprint deliverables.Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. o A continuous learner who stays updated with emerging AWS technologies. o Ability to manage deadlines and drive high team morale in a fast-paced environment. -Mandatory Skills - -AWS contact center, Amazon Connect flows, AWS Lambda and Lex bots, Amazon Connect Contact Center, -Node Js/Python, Dynamo DB -Must have skills - AWS contact center, Amazon Connect flows, AWS Lambda and Lex bots, Amazon Connect Contact Center -Good to have skills - AWS Lambda and Lex bots, Amazon Connect, Cloud Watch Logs, SQS, Event Bridge, familiarity with Dev ops Tool Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - A 15 years full time education is required.
