Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate project success and drive continuous improvement in application performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
