Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for application-related queries and decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and automation. - Experience with data management and segmentation strategies. - Familiarity with email marketing best practices and analytics. - Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
