Summary: As an Application VEP HelpDesk Support Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and function effectively within the broader system architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and SAP ABAP RAP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools. - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and SAP ABAP RAP. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
