Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application initiatives and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: o Drive the solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities. o Should be able to identify, design, and configure SAP RE-FX with Integration other Modules. Can act as a lead and run client. o Must have experience in Portfolio Management Real Estate Analytics, Master Data Management, Contract Life Cycle Management, o Must have Experience in Accounting Standards like IFRS 16, US GAAP and FASB 13/IAS 17. o Understands business requirements and processes and can translate them to technical language- vice versa. o Contribute to Pre Sales for designing, architecting, and estimating high-quality, winning solutions for ongoing opportunities, with an emphasis on technical, functional, overall excellence. o Nice to have knowledge in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger. o Prepares training contents and conduct corporate (Internal/ Client) training sessions. o Experience in Migration of RE Classic to REFX will be added advantage. o Supporting Internal Teams/ End Users on RE-FX Issues and Solutions. o Experience in Data Migration for SAP RE-FX (S4 Hana and ECC) Professional & Technical Skills: o Must have at least 5-6 years of experience in SAP REFX (S/4HANA) projects and operations (Management of real estate, contract management, IFRS 16). o Must have at least 3-5 end to end project implementation experience, from solutioning and, blueprinting until hyper care and post go-live support. o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Strong time management capabilities. o Highly self-motivated and performance orientated. o Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude. Additional Information: - A 15 years full time education is required.
