Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Create the Functional design document in discussion with client - Collaborate with team members to design and optimize applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications. - Perform functional test to validate the requirement and support Integration testing, User testing, and defect resolution. - Lead the application development process - Ensure timely project delivery - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management Modules - Experience in TM, EWM Integration for Supply chain Management - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of project management methodologies - Hands-on experience in configuring applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
