Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management - Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Time Management modules - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
