Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and innovative. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance skill development. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Digital Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with back-end development using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Digital Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
