Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: a. Understand the Functional requirements of various maintenance processes - Corrective, Breakdown, Refurbishment, Preventive b. Understand the Work Order Planning, Scheduling & Execution c. Understand the project deliverables -Configuration, RICEFW design, testing, training, deployment. d. Nice to have - Use of mobility solutions with SAP PM. Professional & Technical Skills: a. Must have strong experience in SAP PM Skill b. Configuration knowledge for SAP PM c. Integration of SAP PM with SAP MM & SAP CO, d. Ability to write Functional Specifications for WRICEFs e. Good to have Experience in S4 Hana implementation project Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
