Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the application development team in designing and implementing software solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
