Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring adherence to best practices in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - Good To Have Skills: No Industry Specialization. - Strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE or BTech or MCA is required.
