Summary: SAP HCM Consultant with 10+ years of implementation & support experience who could-performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions. Provides support for difficult and complex system environments. Provides support, assistance and training to users. Roles and Responsibilities includes: Well versed with SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll Have end to end implementations in SAP HR Core Modules and payroll o Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations. o Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements. o Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions. o Good know how to coordinate with cross module functionalities on integration(s) on hybrid solution of SAP and SuccessFactors. o Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration. o Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance. o Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports. o Ensuring compliance with banking industry regulations. o Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments. o Defect resolution and defect analysis related to sap HR and sap payroll. o Manage/Coordinate SAP AMS team over the SFs issues and new releases along with the SAP support tools usage experience. o A plus to have knowledge on SF Employee Central and Time Tracking. Technical Skills & Experience: o Excellent knowledge of SAP HR Time and payroll (Preferred on PCRs, Schemas, & Custom Functions) o Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post-go-live support o Proven work experience in Implementation would be an added advantage. o Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, in E-recruitment and LSO o Configuration of Course Catalogue and Qualification Catalogue. o Configuration of master data: Course Group, Course Type , Course, Resources, Training calendar, Manage participation for learners, Feedback follow up, Training needs, Trainer profile, Course Administrator, View /filter/ Print reports. o Preparation of Configuration Document, o Templates for Performance Management, LSO. SAP HCM consultant roles and responsibilities o Interfaces trouble shooting skills Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. o This position is based at our Bengaluru office. o A 15 years full time education is required. o Work shift is Sunday to Thursday
