Your role will require a blend of creativity and technical expertise to drive projects forward and deliver high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing data models. - Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
