Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. - Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. - Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy Fundamentals. - Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. - Experience in designing and configuring SAP PM solutions. --Solid years of proficiency and hands-on experience on SAP S/4 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application operations support (project implementation experience a plus) --Knowledgeable in cross-integration within EAM --Skilled in SAP Configuration in EAM functional area (with skill in ABAP debugging or code analysis, SAP Security or Integration a plus) - Experience in leading application development projects. - Proficient in programming languages such as ABAP is nice to have. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
