Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the implementation of solutions, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of projects, ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration. - Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes. - Experience with cloud storage solutions and data management. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
