Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and industry standards. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. - A product mindset and the desire to produce positive customer outcomes. - A passion for delivering high-quality user experiences that offer intuitive journeys to achieve user goals. - The confidence to discuss and promote his/her thoughts and ideas to people at all levels. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. Significant experience developing applications using C#, .NET core MVC, Razor, Web API, SQL Server, GitLab/Git, java Script, CSS - Strong understanding of web application development frameworks. - Good understanding of Architecture as well as Design patterns - Experience with database management and integration. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to implement best practices in software development and project management. - Ability to write clean, scalable code and unit test cases - Ability to perform debugging and testing to ensure high performance and reliability - Understanding and experience of working in a Scrum team utilizing Agile best practices. - Good to have: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitLab. Experience with Banking, Investment, lending domain. Knowledge on Microsoft Power BI reports development. RabbitMQ or other MQ. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
