Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong understanding of web application development frameworks. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to implement best practices in software development and design patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
