Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing the technical architecture, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, facilitate meetings, and ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Your role will also require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
