Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing the implementation of best practices, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and are delivered on time. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC). - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services. - Experience in application lifecycle management and deployment strategies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
