Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of application solutions. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions. - Knowledge of integration with other systems and applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
