Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Identify and address technical issues and risks proactively. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Information Lifecycle Management ILM. - Strong understanding of data lifecycle management processes. - Experience in implementing data retention and deletion policies. - Knowledge of SAP data archiving and retention strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management ILM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
