Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of solutions and ensuring that they align with organizational standards and client expectations. Your role will require you to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Informatica Administration. - Strong understanding of data integration and management processes. - Experience in application design and architecture. - Familiarity with data governance and quality management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
