Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: o Spearhead Oracle Supply Planning Fusion processes with a minimum of 6-12 years of expertise, focusing on Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning o Exhibit strong proficiency in Oracle ASCP or Fusion Planning, with an extensive experience range of 6-12 years. o Provide adept support to clients on Oracle Supply Chain Planning resolving issues and optimizing system functionality. o Utilize advanced querying skills to extract relevant data and derive actionable insights. o Possess a deep understanding of Planning tables, leveraging this knowledge for effective data management and analysis. o Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle within the Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management and Production Scheduling. o Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototypes that evolve to production solutions of Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Supply Planning modules o Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Oracle Order to Cash and Fulfillment offerings powered by Oracle. o Analyze technical and functional integration requirements. o Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation. o Guide performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to the user community. Professional & Technical Skills: o Proficient in Oracle Fusion Supply Planning / Oracle Sales and Operations Planning processes with a minimum of 6-12 years of hands-on experience either support or Implementation o Extensive knowledge of Oracle Supply Planning and experience in supporting clients in this area. o Thorough knowledge in understanding customer business, set up and configure Oracle Fusion Planning o Having done two to three Implementation is a plus o Good communication skills to work independently with customers. o Should be a good team player. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Supply and Demand Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE BTech MCA or MBA is required.
