Moxo\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Success team drives the deployment, adoption, expansion, and continuous end-user engagement of Moxo\xe2\x80\x99s customers. As an App Launch Specialist on the Customer Success team, you will:

• Guide new customers through the end-to-end journey of launching their Moxo powered application on the Apple and Google stores.
• As part of the launch journey, you will lead kick-off calls, gather customer assets, set customer expectations, coordinate delivery timelines, ensure successful preparation amongst internal teams, and guide customers through the app publishing process.

Core Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in the Moxo app launch process including app store account setup, branding asset collection, and coordination with internal teams for app publishing.
• Guide customers through every stage in the launch process, making the process extremely easy for customers with excellent communication, management of launch tasks, and tracking of delivery timeline.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on new Moxo product functionality and new app launch requirements.
