Application L2 support with PL/SQL Experience

JD:

? Having 4+ years of experience in Application & production support engineer

? Core skills are UNIX, SQL, Production Support.

? Good Knowledge in ITIL Process.

? Application Production support Monitoring & Troubleshooting.

? Possess extensive knowledge of REMEDY and Production Support.

? Conducting system study coordinating with team member for maintenance and support.

? Understanding business process study and analyze work-flow to design solutions.

? Application / Production L2 Support.

? Involved in maintenance and enhancement of the codes.

? Working on Build of project environment Driving the change Management and Problem management within SLA.

? Exceptional communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilize the same in a productive manner.
