: 25000 PM to 50000 PM but not a constrain for right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, planning and arranging events, facility coordination and understands what it takes to coordinate with international stakeholders.
Communication Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, while, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
Travel Coordination
: Plan and manage complex travel itineraries, including international travel, accommodation, and logistics.
Anticipate and handle last-minute changes or adjustments efficiently.
Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership meetings, and other high-level gatherings.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Proven expertise in handling stress & pressure.
Task Prioritization:
Proactively manage tasks, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
Special Projects:
Take on additional assignments and coordinating small programs end-to-end.
Requirements:
Masters/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G-Suite).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work Independently and wear multiple hats at the same time.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to navigate ambiguity.
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours to support the needs of the CXO.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite executives in a global tech or similar fast-paced environment.
