Working on Integration using Scripted SOAP Inbound and Outbound.
Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.
Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.
Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST.
Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow.
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
6-10 years direct experience in enterprise level application Integration.
