Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the company's application at the assigned site
Explain application features and workflows to end users
Provide KT (Knowledge Transfer) to users and team members
Monitor daily activities and usage within the application
Ensure the product is used correctly and consistently
Act as the first point of contact for application-related support
Coordinate with the internal team to report issues, updates, and usage status
Maintain basic records, reports, and updates related to the product
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of web or mobile applications
Ability to explain software applications clearly to users
Good communication skills (Tamil required, English preferred)
Willingness to monitor and manage on-site operations
Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented
