Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise:

• Act as the subject matter expert for transformer testing and diagnostics equipment.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Application Support:

• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions for customers.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, application notes, and testing procedures.
• Customer Engagement:

• Understand customer requirements, challenges, and applications in the transformer segment.
• Recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing:

• Deliver technical seminars, webinars, and training sessions for customers, channel partners.
• Support marketing initiatives such as technical papers, presentations, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in transformer testing, diagnostics, or related electrical testing applications.
• Preferred Background:

• Experience in utilities, OEMs, service providers, or testing & commissioning companies.
• Hands-on knowledge of transformer testing instruments and standards (IEC, IEEE).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of transformer theory and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India for site support and training.
