Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for transformer testing and diagnostics equipment.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams.

Application Support: Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions for customers.

Assist in preparing technical proposals, application notes, and testing procedures.

Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, challenges, and applications in the transformer segment.

Recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.

Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver technical seminars, webinars, and training sessions for customers, channel partners.

Support marketing initiatives such as technical papers, presentations, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (mandatory).

Experience: 3-7 years of experience in transformer testing, diagnostics, or related electrical testing applications.

Preferred Background: Experience in utilities, OEMs, service providers, or testing & commissioning companies.

Hands-on knowledge of transformer testing instruments and standards (IEC, IEEE).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of transformer theory and testing methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset.

* Willingness to travel frequently across India for site support and training.
