We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Network & Application Engineer

to join our Application Team at

Laya Tech Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures while supporting application deployment, integration, and optimization. The role demands hands-on experience with networking, security tools, and enterprise application environments.

Key Responsibilities: Network Engineering:

Design, implement, and manage

LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks

. Monitor network performance to ensure

system availability and reliability

. Configure and install

firewalls, routers, switches

, and other network devices. Troubleshoot

network outages, latency, and performance issues

. Maintain

network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards

.

Application Engineering:

Support

application deployment, integration, and performance tuning

. Collaborate with development teams for

application rollouts, patches, and upgrades

. Monitor

application logs, system health, and performance metrics

to identify and resolve issues. Manage and maintain

middleware, web servers, and application servers

. Ensure

high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery

for critical applications. Work with

Mobile Device Management (MDM), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and Extended Detection & Response (XDR)

solutions.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

Network & Security Tools:

Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Splunk, Qualys. Experience with

Zero Trust architecture

and

network segmentation

. Familiarity with

container security

(Docker, Kubernetes). Good understanding of

firewall policies, IDS/IPS

, and network security principles. Strong

documentation, communication, and collaboration

skills. Ability to

work in a fast-paced environment

and adapt to new technologies and security threats.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2-5 years of experience

in network administration and application engineering. Relevant certifications (preferred): CCNA / CCNP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?216,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
