About the Role

The Application Engineer would provide technical support for HVAC and Refrigeration products, assisting sales teams and customers with equipment selection, system application, and field troubleshooting. The role would ensure technically sound solutions, resolves performance issues, and supports overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to deliver accurate equipment selection, sizing, and technical proposals Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable HVAC&R solutions from our portfolio Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance with Beijer Ref standards Provide troubleshooting support (remote/on?site) to resolve system issues quickly and professionally Analyze system performance and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams Develop and maintain application guides, FAQs, and technical documentation Collaborate with customers and principal companies to address recurring issues and strengthen product performance
Requirements

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related engineering field 2-5 years of experience in HVAC&R applications, technical support, or sales engineering Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, HVAC system design, and control logic Proficiency with tools such as HAP, Trace, Coolselector Strong communication, customer?handling, and problem?solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Chillers or VRF systems Background in commissioning or service engineering

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
