Job Description

We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our team and consult with our clients to understand their requirements communicate with our team & provide a timely solution.

Ultimately, you will work directly with our clients and provide support for our sales and software development teams as needed.

Responsibilities

Primary

Listen, understand and convey customer requirements Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application. Develop PLC/HMI/SCADA programming based on applications. Product/Solution demonstration to customers. Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives. Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts. Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects. Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth. Undertake product training & keep up to date with new trends.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E in Electrical/Instrumentation/E&C Customer Service or Sales Support experience. Experience in process control/automation is a plus. Knowledge of PLC/HMI/SCADA Programming. (GE/Siemens/Rockwell/Delta/Schneider/Mistsubishi) Experience 0-4 Years in Engineering. Freshers can also apply. Ability to manage and prioritize variable workload
